Is there a free trial?
Beta access includes a 14-day trial on any plan. No card required during beta.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Square. Annual billing and invoicing are available on Team and Enterprise plans.
What counts as a 'profile'?
A profile is one isolated browser environment with its own cookies, storage, device fingerprint, and proxy. You can launch any number of profiles concurrently, up to the limit on your plan.
What's your refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service interruptions on our side; we do not refund partial months.
Where is my data stored?
Account data lives in Supabase (AWS us-east-1). Profile data (cookies, history, credentials) stays on your machine, encrypted at rest with your key.
